dc.description.abstractThis study was intended to examine the effect of Instructional Resource Provision on Teacher Effectiveness in Universal Secondary Education (USE) in Yumbe District – Uganda. The study adopted a Case Study Design to allow indepth study. Quantitative and Qualitative research paradigm were engaged. A total of 120 questionnaires were administered to the respondents and all the questionnaires were received back, registering a response rate of 100%. Descriptive statistics were the main technique used to analyze the data generated to produce results. On the over all, the study established that instructional resource provision and use was inadequate and therefore, it contributed to teacher ineffectiveness in USE schools in Yumbe District.en_US
