The study adopted a Case Study Design to allow indepth study. Quantitative and Qualitative research paradigm were engaged. A total of 120 questionnaires were administered to the respondents and all the questionnaires were received back, registering a response rate of 100%. Descriptive statistics were the main technique used to analyze the data generated to produce results.
